MHL: Additional reason for stock ineligible for margin trading

According to Decision No. 87/QD-UBCK dated 25/01/2017 by the Chair of the State Securities Commission on promulgating the Regulation of guidance on securities margin trading, Decision No. 1205/QD-UBCK dated 27/12/2017 on adjusting the Regulation of guidance on securities margin trading, Hanoi Stock Exchange announced additional reason for following stock ineligible for margin trading:

• Issuer: Minh Huu Lien Joint Stock Company
• Securities type: common stock
• Stock code: MHL
• Effective date: 29/8/2023
• Reason for ineligibility for margin trading: Late in submission of Semi anual FS over 05 working days.
• Other reason: Stock is under restriction trading; profit after tax in 6 months and undistributed profit after tax at 31/3/2023 for Semi anual FS were negative.
