     * Dividend payment by share:
          - Exercise rate:  17%/share (100:17, 01 share – 01 voting rights, shareholders receive new 17 shares for every 100 share they own)
          - Rounding method, handling of shares representing less than one unit: The number of additional shares issued to pay dividends when divided among shareholders will be rounded down to the unit. Odd shares arising from rounding down (if any) will be cancelled.
          Example: On the closing date of the list of shareholders to issue more shares to pay dividends, shareholder Nguyen Van A currently owns 516 shares. At that time, shareholder A will receive 516*17%=87.72 shares respectively. According to the plan of handling odd shares, the number of shares received by shareholder A after rounding down to the number of units is 87 shares. The odd number of shares of 0.72 will be cancelled.
          - Exercise place:
              + For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited
               + For undeposited shares: Truong Phu JSC (No 10, Villa 2, Bac Linh Dam, Hoang Mai District, Hanoi) on working days. Identification Card (original copy) is required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addition to the mentioned above.
