CAD: Notice of stock status

On August 29, 2023, HNX announces the status of CADOVIMEX Seafood Import-Export and Processing JSC’s shares (stock code: CAD) as follows: CAD shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason(s) that the company has negative owner’s equity recorded in reviewed semi-annual Financial Statement of 2023; the auditing organization gave a disclaimer of opinion on Financial Statements 2022 as prescribed at points a and c Section 1 Article 34 of the Regulations attached to Decision No.34/QD-HDTV dated 16/11/2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
