ABS: 5th change of dividend payment time

Pursuant to the document no.147/23/CV-ABS dated 28th August 2023 of BinhThuan Agriculture Services JSC (securities code: ABS), Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to change of 2021 cash dividend payment time (record date: 12th October 2022) as follows:

Payment time: 29th September 2023
- Reason: Due to the changing situation of the world economy as well as Vietnam's economy. In the second half of 2022 and early 2023 up to now, Vietnam's economy is facing many difficulties, the production and business activities of businesses are significantly affected. As a result, the revenue from our company's customers is not as planned. In addition, Quarter 3 and Quarter 4 are the time to enter the new crop season, so the Company needs to focus financial resources to import goods to serve production and business activities. Therefore, the Company needs more time to balance cash flow so as not to affect the Company's production and business activities.
Other contents in the Notice no.1298/TB-CNVSD dated 3rd October 2022 by VSD's Branch remain unchanged.
