TCK: Notice of stock status

On August 30, 2023, HNX announces the status of Construction Machinery Corporation - JSC’s shares (stock code: TCK) as follows: TCK shares are under continued trading restriction due to the reason that the owner's equity on the Reviewed Semi-annual Financial Statements 2023 is negative according to Point a Clause 1 Article 33 of the Regulations attached to Decision No. 34/QD-HDTV dated November 16, 2022 of the Vietnam Stock Exchange.
