On 31/8/2023, HNX announces that the following stock will be suspended for trading as follows:

- Stock code: MHL
- Reason: the company continues violating the regulations on information disclosure after being put in restricted trading status: the company was late to disclose Financial statement Q3/2023
- Applicable regulations: Point c, Clause 1, Article 41 of Listing regulations attached with Decision No.17/QD-HDTV of Board of Members of Vietnam Stock Exchange
- Other reason: The stock is under trading restriction due to Decision 890/QD-SGDHN dated 31/8/2023
- Effective date: 11/09/2023
- Trading restriction: Weekly Friday since the day MHL is being put out of suspended trading status.
