VE2: Transferring registration, depository data of VE2 shares from HNX to UPCOM

Viet Nam Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation (VSDC) - Hochiminh Branch would like to announce transfer of the data of registration and depository for VE2 shares from HNX to UPCOM as follows:

- Total number of registered securities: 2,158,880 shares

- Total value of registered securities: 21,588,800,000 VND
From 29th September 2023, VSDC's Branch will transfer data of registration and depository of VE2 shares from HNX to UPCOM.
Reason: VNECO2 Electricity Contruction Joint Stock Company delisted on HNX according to decision No. 893/QD-SGDHN dated 31st August 2023 of HNX.
