Market outlook
Stock market: The VN-Index increased by nearly 16 points with improved liquidity before the holiday, closing at the resistance area of 1366. Stock groups such as the trio of Banks, Securities, Steel, Petroleum,… were traded positively. Market breadth tilted to the positive side with 16 out of 19 sectors gaining. Regarding transactions of foreign investors, today they were net buyers on both HSX and HNX. After the holiday, the VN-Index may have accumulation sessions around this 1366 area. Besides, according to BSC's forecast in Week 15 report, BSC correctly forecasted 3 newly added stocks to the Diamond ETF portfolio: DHC, OCB, TCM. All three stocks were up about 1% - 4% today.
Future contracts: Futures contracts increased in line with the movement of the VN30 index. Investors may consider selling short-term futures contracts.
Covered warrants: In the trading session on April 29, 2022, warrants is increasing slightly following the movement of the underlying stock.
