2	Transfer of Ownership for Unlisted Securities Managed by BSC or Acting as a Depository Registration Agent	0.2% of the par value, with a minimum of 100,000 VND per transaction and a maximum of 10,000,000 VND per transaction (or) as stipulated in the shareholder management agreement/ depository registration agency agreement.*
3	Ownership Transfer Due to Securities Donation or Inheritance in Accordance with the Civil Code	Service Fee = BSC Fee + VSD/VSDC Service Charge (if applicable) Details of BSC Fees: For Stocks, Fund Certificates, Covered Warrants: 0.2% of the ownership transfer value, with a minimum of 500,000 VND per dossier and a maximum of 10,000,000 VND per dossier. For Bonds: 0.1% of the ownership transfer value, with a minimum of 500,000 VND per dossier and a maximum of 10,000,000 VND per dossier.”

The ownership transfer value for securities transferred outside the stock exchange trading system is determined as per VSD/VSDC regulations.”
