Transaction Handbook

Advance Payment for Securities Sales at Transaction Counters and via Hotline:

Customers can request an advance on pending securities sale proceeds at BSC transaction counters. Please provide your Citizen ID/Card or other valid identification documents as per BSC regulations to complete the transaction.
To request an advance on pending securities sale proceeds via the BSC hotline, please contact us at: Hanoi: (024) 3926 4660/Ho Chi Minh City: (028) 3821 8889. You will need to provide identification details, such as the telephone trading password you registered earlier, to proceed with the transaction.

Advance Payment on online trading channels:

To Advance Payment for Securities Sales Pending Settlement via BSC Online Channels, follow these steps:

Automatic Advance Payment:

Bước 1: Access the BSC Webtrading platform or the BSC Smart Invest application.
Bước 2: Perform the following steps based on the platform:
- BSC Webtrading: Go to Settings -> Service Registration -> Automatic Advance Payment for Securities Sales -> Select the sub-account to enable/disable the feature.
- BSC Smart Invest: Go to Settings -> Service Registration -> Enable/Disable the feature.

*** Note :

The BSC system only allows the automatic advance payment feature to be enabled or disabled for normal trading sub-accounts. For margin sub-accounts, this feature is enabled by default and cannot be turned off.
