Securities depository

Clients can visit BSC transaction points or BSC’s supporting locations to complete the securities depository process. The required documents are as follows:

• Original Share Certificate/Ownership Certificate;
• Legal Documents:
  • For Individual Clients: Valid Citizen ID (CCCD)/Identity Card;
  • For Institutional Clients: Business Registration Certificate (BRC) / Establishment License, and documents related to the authority of the authorized person, etc.
• Securities Deposit Form.
