 Market outlook  

Stock market: The VN-Index dropped at the open of the morning session, but jumped up again shortly after. When returning to 1,010, the index dropped to 978 points before rebounding and closing at 997.7 points, up nearly 12 points compared to yesterday with improved liquidity. 8 out of 19 sectors gained points, of which Insurance and Banking gained the most. Regarding the transactions of foreign investors, today they were net sellers on HOSE and net buyers on HNX. Currently, the resistance area of VN-Index is 1,000 and the support area is 950-960.

Future contracts:  All contracts increased according to VN30. Investors should trade cautiously in the coming sessions.
 
Covered warrants: In the trading session on October 25, 2022, coverred warrants differentiated along with the struggling movement of the underlying stocks.
 
Highlights:
• VN-Index +1.17 points, closing at 997.1. HNX-Index -0.71 points, closing at 208.02.
• Pulling the index up: VCB (+2.31), CTG (+1.86), BID (+1.24), SAB (+1.13), VNM (+1.07).
• Pulling the index down: GVR (-0.71), PLX (-0.4), VIC (-0.38), VGC (-0.31), KBC (-0.24).
• The matched value of VN-Index reached VND 11,039 billion, increased 22.93% compared to the previous session. The total transaction value reached VND 12,608 billion.
• The trading range is 45.34 points. The market had 199 advancers, 75 reference stocks, 247 decliners.
• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -88.99 billion on HOSE, including VND (-124.84 billion), HPG (-63.36 billion), SSI (-41.47 billion). Foreign investors were net buyers on HNX with the value of VND 10.67 billion.
