The market rebounded at the beginning of the morning session and traded in the range of 1,270 - 1,285 all day today before closing at 1,280, up more than 18 points compared to yesterday. Market breadth tilted to the positive side with 16/18 sectors increasing, of which the Tourism & Entertainment and Information Technology led the increase, followed by the Real Estate, Construction & Materials. Regarding foreign investors, today they were net sellers on the HSX and net buyers on the HNX. Profit-taking pressure is still waiting at the 1,285 threshold. In the short term, VN-Index may continue to go up based on increasing inertia, but it also face risks from profit-taking pressure.

• The matched trade value of VN-Index reached VND 23,166 billion, increased 50.26% compared to the previous session. The total transaction value reached VND 26,042 billion.

• The trading range is 12.83 points. The market had 367 gainers, 44 remaining unchanged, 96 losers.

• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -246.96 billion on HOSE, including MWG (VND -129.72 billion), FPT (VND -101.76 billion), TCB (VND -99.48 billion), VCB (VND -86.56 billion), VHM (VND -56.25 billion). Foreign investors were net buyers on HNX with the value of VND 29.58 billion.
