Highlights
• VN-Index fluctuated and decreased in the morning session, fluctuated and decreased in the afternoon session.
• The leaders were VIC (+1.39 points); SAB (+1.08 points); VNM (+0.81 points); EIB (+0.11 points); FPT (+0.11 points).
• The laggards were GAS (-2.20 points); BID (-1.06 points); CTG (-0.92 points); HPG (-0.72 points); PLX (-0.60 points).
• Cash flow focused on manufacturing and seafood, liquidity increased.
• The trading value of VN-Index in today session reached VND 2659 billion. The trading range was 11.75 points. The market recorded 126 gainers and 149 decliners.
• By the ending of the session, VN-Index decreased 4.45 points, closing at 900.93 points. HNX-Index also decreased 1.27 points to 101.2 points.
• Foreign investors today net bought 10.33 billion on HOSE, focusing on mã SBT (90.88 billion), PPC (18.44 billion) and NVL (17.38 billion). However, they net sold 12.07 billion on HNX.
Market outlook 
In the morning session, the VN-Index increased at the beginning of session. However, at the end of the morning session, the index decreased with selling forces appeared in Oil stocks such as GAS, PLX and Banking stocks such as VCB, CTG, BID and TPB. In the afternoon session, VN-Index fluctuated and decreased. Buying forces appeared in some bluechips VIC, SAB, VNM contributed to support the market at the level of 900 points. Foreigners continued to be net sold. In the view of BSC, VN-Index is fluctuated to test short-term bottom, stocks large cap stock declined such as Oil, Steel, and Banking, negatively impact the index. BSC recommends investors to limit trading before the recovery trend is clearly defined.
