BSC Brief | 23.09: Market sentiment remains cautious after the correction session

MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index fluctuated within the 1,627 – 1,644 range today before closing at 1,635.26 points, nearly unchanged from yesterday. Market breadth was relatively balanced with 9 out of 18 sectors advancing, led by Retail, Financial Services, and Basic Resources. Regarding foreign trading, net selling was recorded on both HSX and HNX, while net buying took place on UPCOM. Today’s session was dominated by a tug-of-war pattern, with sharply declining liquidity reflecting cautious market sentiment. Investors are advised to trade carefully in the coming sessions as the correction phase may not yet be over.
