BSC Brief | 03.11: The VN-Index continues to fluctuate sharply within a broad range.

MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index continued to decline by nearly 23 points today, closing at 1,617.00 points. Market breadth was negative, with 16 out of 18 sectors losing ground. The Financial Services sector recorded the sharpest decline, followed by Oil & Gas, Construction & Materials, and others. In contrast, the Insurance sector rose strongly by over 6%. Regarding foreign investor activity, there was continued net selling across all three exchanges — HSX, HNX, and UPCOM. The market remains thinly traded and unpredictable. Investors are advised to trade cautiously in the upcoming sessions.

• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -153.40 billion on HOSE, including VIX (VND -283.77 billion), MBB (VND -122.88 billion), STB (VND -86.82 billion), MWG (VND -86.81 billion), VRE (VND -77.66 billion). Foreign investors were net sellers on HNX with the value of VND -3.91 billion.
