MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index jumped immediately at the opening of the morning session, reaching the 1,760 level. The index then moved sideways throughout the day below this threshold and closed at 1,753.74 points, up more than 12 points from yesterday. The Vin group continued to serve as the main pillar supporting the market. Eight out of eighteen sectors advanced, led by Insurance, followed by Real Estate. In contrast, Industrials posted the sharpest decline. Regarding foreign flows, foreign investors were net sellers across all three exchanges, with notable net selling of more than VND 1.8 trillion on the HSX. The recovery trend is accompanied by concentration risk, as the upward move is being driven by a small group of stocks. Investors should closely monitor the market and remain cautious.
