Highlights
• The stock market had a positive trading session with the support of small and medium stocks.
• Leading stocks were MSN (+1.61 points), VIC (+1.49 points), VCB (+0.68 points), GAS (+0.65 points) and PLX (+0.39 points).

• Ending the trading session today, the VN-Index gained 3.04 points, closing at 938.61 points. Similarly, the HNX gained 1.2 points to 112.03 points.
• Foreign investors today were net buyers of VND 260.5 billion on HOSE, focusing on HPG (VND 59.2 billion), VNM (VND 41.4 billion) and VCI (VND 16.3 billion). Together with that, they net bought VND 41.66 billion on the HNX.

Market Outlook
At the beginning of the trading day, VN-Index adjusted strongly when the price of key stocks fell. However, the rise of small and medium stocks together with the recovery of Blue-chip stocks helped the market index went up sharply before correcting in the afternoon. Cash flow was gradually spreading across the market, especially stocks in Real estate, Securities sectors, and penny stocks. The increase in liquidity is a very positive point, indicating that the stock market is attracting more attention of investors as well as the market prospect at the end of the year. BSC noted that this is the time when opportunities arise when receiving positive support from smart cash flow, investors can look for profit in small and medium stocks below par value while the group of stocks with large capitalization could shake significantly after consecutive rises in the previous trading week.
