Market outlook
The VN-Index in the morning session fluctuated and increased slightly due to the strong purchasing power of blue-chips such as VHM, MSN, VRE, banking stocks such as VCB, CTG, TCB, BID and oil and gas groups such as GAS and PLX. In the afternoon session, the buying continued to improve strongly in VHM and the recovery of VIC, BHN, and NVL made the market increased slightly compared to the morning session. Foreign investors continued net buying and liquidity remained low today. From BSC's point of view, market sentiment is still in a cautious state and waiting for information from the results of Brexit deal, economic support plans from the Chinese government and developments of the US market in the season of 2018 business results.
