Market outlook 
VN-Index in the morning increased slightly because of the purchasing power focused on blue-chips such as VCB, VHM, GAS and BID. In the afternoon, the index dropped strongly because the selling increased strongly on these codes making BID, GAS and VNM stickers go down sharply. Foreign investors were net buyers and liquidity decreased slightly compared to the previous session. From BSC's point of view, Vietnamese market has a strong correction in the news that FED lowered the prospect of GDP growth, inflation along with the higher unemployment rate of the US economy and President Trump maintains that he will not change the level of taxation on Chinese goods. Investors should hold a few stocks in the portfolio when the market lacks support and the world economic situation is quite struggling.
