Market outlook 
Although opening in green, VN-Index quickly dropped to below reference level in the morning when VHM, VNM, and VCB continuously pressured. In the afternoon, the pull from BID, BHN and TCH was not enough to delay the adjustment of blue-chips including VCB, VNM, and VHM. The market recorded a strong decline with strong net-selling from foreign investors on HSX. In addition to the conflicting signals about the trade agreement President Trump made in his speech yesterday, the strong profit-taking pressure in volatile price areas also showed that the index needs more time to accumulate. Investors can open a part of their positions in stocks that are fundamentally favorable.

Future contracts: All future contracts decreased following VN30. Investors should prioritize buying with target price around 945 points for short-term contracts.

Covered warrants: In the trading session on November 13, 2019, majority of coverred warrants decreased following underlying securities. Trading volume decreased strongly. MWG declined negatively, losing support level of 120, after failing to surpass 128. Liquidity increased, confirming signal for decrease according to momentum indicators. Downward movement of MWG could create downward pressure on its warrants in the coming sessions.

• The fluctuation band is 9.29 points. The market saw 105 gainers, 83 references and 202 losers.
• Foreign net-selling value: VND 751.40 billion on HOSE, including CTG (625.79 billion), VNM (139.11 billion) and VIC (70.81 billion). Foreigners were net buyers on the HNX with a value of VND 31.61 billion.
