Market outlook
After three consecutive losing sessions, in the morning, VN-Index recovered thanks to the pull from market-leading codes like VHM, VNM, BID, VRE, SAB. In the afternoon, the movement index was more positive, but before selling pressure increased at ATC session, the gaining momentum narrowed. The market increased slightly in line with the positive situation of other key stock markets in the region. However, the negative point still came from the fact that foreign investors turned to be net sellers on both HSX and HNX. In addition, the revised Securities Law passed in today's National Assembly session is expected to support the institutional and legal stability of the market as well as the possibility of an upgrade. Accordingly, a number of issues have been modified relating to public companies, stock offerings as well as the organizational structure of the market.
Future contracts: All future contracts increased following VN30. Investors should prioritize buying with target price around 930 points for long-term contracts.
Covered warrants: In the trading session on November 26, 2019, majority of coverred warrants increased following underlying securities. Trading volume increased slightly. DPM continued to adjust doward to below 13. Liquidity increased, confirming signal for short-term adjustment according to technical indicators. Downward movement of DPM could create downward pressure on its warrants in the coming sessions.
