Market outlook 
Contrary to the previous session, VN-Index spent the whole time below the reference level. The index narrowed the band at the end of the session when the selling pressure weakened. The market dropped broadly when the support of MSN and VNM was not enough before the reduction of VCB, BVH, SAB, MBB, VIC. In general, with the absence of supporting information at the end of the year, VN-Index will mainly move with the state of pulling about in the channel of 950 - 960 points. In that case, investors can consider stocks with good fundamentals and positive earnings results in 2019 to open positions.

Future contracts: Except for VN30F2006, all future contracts increased following VN30. Investors should prioritize buying with target price around 885 points for long-term contracts.
Covered warrants: In the trading session on December 24, 2019, majority of coverred warrants decreased, while underlying securities diverged in term of price. Trading volume increased slightly.

• The trading band is 5.8 points. The market saw 142 gainers, 74 reference codes and 177 losers.
• Foreign net buying value: VND 80.19 billion on HOSE, including E1VFVN30 (VND 60.57 billion), VNM (VND 31.55 billion) and HPG (12.59 billion). Foreigners were net sellers on the HNX with a value of 2.76 billion dong.
