20210913_BSC_Vietnam Daily Review_ A slight correction_ TA_KDH_Uptrend

Stock market: The market opened and remained in green in the morning but reversed and corrected in the afternoon. Investment cash flow was concentrated in certain industries when only 7/19 industry groups increased compared to the previous session with the growth spearhead coming from Retail, Media and Tourism and Entertainment (Aviation). Market breadth turned negative with a slight decrease in liquidity compared to the previous session, showing a cautious sentiment. Meanwhile, foreign investors were net sellers on the HSX and net buyers on the HNX. The market is still moving in a state of tension before the threshold of 1350 points. Investors should trade cautiously and wait for new market trends.

Future contracts:  All future contracts decreased following VN30. Investors might consider selling for long-term contracts.

 

Covered warrants: In the trading session on September 13, 2021, majority of coverred warrants decreased following underlying securities. Trading value increased.

• VN-Index -3.88 points, closing at 1341.43. HNX-Index -1.00 points, closed at 349.05.

• Pulling the index up: SAB (+1.74); MWG(+0.78); HVN(+0.67); VIC(+0.64); VNM(+0.39)

• Pulling the index down: GVR (-1.72); VCB (-1.10); HPG (-0.84); CTG (-0.58); BID (-0.54).

• The matched value of VN-Index reached VND 21,672 billion, +25.9% compared to the previous session. The total transaction value reached VND 23,110 billion.

• The fluctuation range is 10.19 points. The market had 196 gainers, 30 unchange stocks and 224 losers.

• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -431.95 billion on HOSE, including VIC (VND -181.6 billion), VHM (VND -162.3 billion) and HPG (VND -78.4 billion). Foreign investors were net buyers on HNX with the value of VND 139.82 billion.
