20220324_BSC_Vietnam Daily Review_EN_Dropped out of 1500_TA_BMP_Positive signal

Stock market: VN-Index continued to drop more than 4 points today, returning to close below the 1500 mark due to the drop from large-cap stocks when 21/30 stocks in the VN30 group were in the red. Although small and medium stocks had a positive session today, it was not strong enough to pull the index up. Market breadth was quite balanced with 10/19 sectors gaining. Regarding the transactions of foreign investors, today they were net sellers on both HSX and HNX. In the coming sessions, VN-Index is likely to continue struggling within ±15 points range around 1500.

 

Future contracts: Futures contracts all dropped in line with the correction of the VN30 index, except for VN30F2205. Investors should trade cautiously in tomorrow's trading session.

 

Covered warrants: In the trading session on March 24, 2022, most of the warrants fell sharply following the movement of the underlying stock.

• Pulling the index up: PDR (+0.47), VGC (+0.45), REE (+0.44), VJC (+0.42), BCG (+0.22).

• Pulling the index down: VCB (-1.65), VHM (-1.62), GVR (-0.50), NVL (-0.48), HPG (-0.45).

• The matched value of VN-Index reached VND 23.653 billion, down -2.97% compared to the previous session. The total transaction value reached VND 24.834 billion.

• The trading range was 10.21 points. The market had 222 gainers, 51 reference stocks and 228 losers.

• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -116.42 billion on HOSE, including DXG (-170.19 billion), VNM (-128.80 billion), HPG (-89.89 billion). Foreign investors were net sellers on HNX with a value of VND -16.06 billion.
