Market outlook

Stock market: After yesterday's strong gain, the market had a sideways session with the liquidity remaining at the recent average level. Market breadth tilted to the positive side with gainers outstripping losers. The market had 12/19 sectors gaining points with slight price fluctuations. Foreign investors were net sellers on both exchanges today. After two gaining sessions, the uptrend showed signs of slowing down when cautious sentiment dominated today's session. VN-Index can continue fluctuating in the range 1250-1300 points in the next trading sessions.

Future contracts: The futures contracts mostly dropped according to the movement of the VN30 index. It is recommended that investors trade cautiously in the next session until there are clearer signals.
