Highlights
• VN-Index fluctuated, then decreased in the morning session. The Index decreased slightly in the afternoon session.
• The leaders were VNM (+0.66 points); BVH (+0.13 points); HNG (+0.12 points); TCB (+0.11 points); DHG (+0.08 points).
• The laggards were BID (-0.86 points); VCB (-0.79 points); MSN (-0.44 points); CTG (-0.29 points); PLX (-0.28 points).
• Cash flow focused on Education and Rubber stocks, liquidity decreased.
• The trading value of VN-Index in today session was VND 2,511.8 billion. The trading range was 9.34 points. The market recorded 142 gainers and 139 decliners.
• By the ending of the session, VN-Index decreased by 3.48 points, closing at 922.05 points. At the same time, HNX-Index also decreased by 0.98 points to 104.55 points.
• Foreign investors today net bought 11.08 billion on HOSE, focusing on GMD (21.11 billion), SSI (18.93 billion) and SAB (4.70 billion). At the same time, they net bought 2.74 billion on HNX.

Market outlook 
In the morning session, the VN-Index fluctuated, the buying forces appeared in Petroleum stocks such as GAS, PLX, Banking stocks such as TCB, BID, CTG, in contrast, Real estate stocks such as VHM , VIC, ROS were under the selling pressure. In the afternoon session, selling forces appeared in Banking stocks such as BID, VCB, CTG and bluechips such as MSN, VHM, VIC, HPG, VJC, GAS. Liquidity continued to decrease as the market sentiment was affected by the US election and interest rate adjustments from the Fed in the upcoming 7-8/11 meeting. In the view of BSC, VN-Index had a accumulative session, it decreased slightly. The market is likely to rebound in the coming sessions and continue to be affected by the macro movements.
