Detailed report

MARKET OUTLOOK
After a morning of consolidation around the 1,350 level, the VN-Index rallied in the afternoon and closed at 1,358.18 points—up nearly 9 points from the previous session. 9/18 sectors advanced, but decliners outnumbered advancers, indicating that capital flowed into a select group of stocks. Real Estate led the gains, followed by Oil & Gas. On foreign trading, foreign investors were net sellers on all three exchanges today. Although buying interest supported today’s rally, overall liquidity remained modest. The market is likely to undergo a short-term oscillation within the 1,350–1,360 range.
