MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index continued to rise, gaining more than 12 points today to close at 1,457.76 points. Only 6 out of 18 sectors advanced, led by Basic Resources, Real Estate, and Financial Services. Large-cap stocks played a key supporting role in the market today. Regarding foreign investors’ activity, they continued to record net buying, with an inflow of over VND 1.2 trillion on the HSX. Some market hesitation emerged as the VN-Index approached the 1,465 resistance level after a strong rally. The market is likely to continue its upward movement towards the 1,470 – 1,480 range, but significant volatility may accompany this move.
