Selling pressure emerges

MARKET OUTLOOK
Selling pressure towards the end of the session dragged the VN-Index into negative territory, closing at 1,460.65 points, down 9.77 points, after having traded between 1,473-1,475 points earlier. Market breadth leaned negative as only 5/18 sectors advanced. The decline was primarily led by the Real Estate sector, whereas the Industrial Goods & Services sector topped the gainers. As for foreign investor activity, they recorded net buying on both the HSX and HNX exchanges today. Currently, the market is forming a candlestick pattern signaling a potential correction after reacting to the 1,475 resistance zone. Investors should exercise caution in upcoming sessions.
