VN-Index Surpasses the 1,475

MARKET OUTLOOK
Strengthened momentum in the afternoon session helped the VN-Index close at its daily high of 1,475.47 points, an increase of 14.82 points compared to the previous session. Market breadth was positive, with 13 out of 18 sectors gaining. Among them, the Real Estate sector regained its prior session's momentum and led in performance today. Conversely, the Tourism & Leisure sector led the decline. Regarding the trading of foreign investors, they were net buyers on both the HSX and HNX exchanges today. Although the uptrend is clear, the index entering the overbought territory requires investors to be cautious. Profit-taking pressure could increase as the VN-Index approaches the psychological resistance level of 1,500 points.

• Foreign investors' net buying value: VND 236.45 billion on HOSE, including HPG (VND 150.21 billion), SSI (VND 145.62 billion), VPB (VND 136.29 billion), DXG (VND 135.74 billion), DIG (VND 85.90 billion). Foreign investors were net buyers on HNX with the value of VND 72.57 billion.
