MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index failed to break above the 1,830 level. After coming close to this threshold, selling pressure emerged, pushing the index lower to close at 1,813.40—up nearly 7 points from yesterday. Market breadth was positive, with 13 out of 18 sectors advancing. The Insurance sector led the gains, followed by Industrials. On the downside, the Retail sector posted the steepest decline. The market is still in the process of forming a base above the 1,800 level, with no clear signal of a trend change yet. Investors should trade cautiously.
