MARKET OUTLOOK
VN-Index fluctuated within the 1,700–1,745 range throughout today’s session and closed at 1,713.83 points, up nearly 4 points compared to yesterday, with 9 out of 18 sectors advancing while decliners outnumbered gainers, indicating that capital flows were concentrated in select stocks within each sector; Utilities led the gains, followed by Industrials & Industrial Services, while Financial Services recorded the sharpest decline. Regarding foreign investor activity, net selling exceeded VND 2 trillion on the HSX, while net buying was observed on the other two exchanges, and two consecutive candles with long upper shadows suggest that market sentiment remains cautious, with investors advised to trade prudently.
