Detailed report

MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index fell sharply by nearly 28 points today and closed at 1,800.54 points. Market breadth skewed negative, with all 18 out of 18 sectors declining. Media led the losses, followed by personal & household goods, automobiles & parts, among others. Regarding foreign trading, foreign investors recorded net selling on HSX and UPCOM, while posting net buying on HNX. Although bottom-fishing demand emerged around the 1,780 level, helping the VN-Index narrow its losses, today’s sharp decline still poses risks for the upcoming sessions. Investors should continue to maintain a cautious trading stance.
