MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index extended its decline by more than 17 points today, closing at 1,669.01. Market breadth remained negative, with 13 out of 18 sectors falling. Retail posted the steepest decline, followed by Financial Services. In contrast, Personal & Household Goods recorded a positive session. Foreign investors were net sellers across all three exchanges—HSX, HNX, and UPCOM. The market attempted to break above the 1,700-point threshold but failed. It may need more time to stabilize its trading range and establish a tighter consolidation base.
