BSC - Vietnam Daily Monitor 2015.07.13 - Hard to break the 640-points level

Securities stocks gained positively at the end of today trading session. In contrast, Real estate, Bank and Construction stocks still slightly corrected. Market breadth was negative with 161 gainers / 229 decliners on both exchanges.

Recommendation

The higher the stock market rises, the fewer chances it has to take more powerful increasing. Leading stocks including banks, securities and insurance companies have increased significantly while it is likely that foreign buying will be weaken in the next sessions. Correction is expected to come in the next few sessions.

Investors could consider taking position to accumulate stocks when correction occurs, especially stocks which have positive earnings results. During the rally, investors should continue to reduce stocks which were quite profitable.
