Highlights
• The selling pressure increased from the middle of the morning so that the indexes could not maintain the increase momentum from the previous trading day.
• The leaders were NVL (+1.15 points), BVH (+0.84 points), MBB (+0.6 points), VCB (+0.39 points) and EIB (+0.27 points).
• The laggards were VNM (-3.2 points), GAS (-2.17 points), SAB (-2.12 points), ROS (-1.7 points) and PLX (-0.9 points).
• Securities and Banking sector continued to break out with positive trading. In the opposite direction, the large cap stocks were corrected, pulling the Index down deeply.
• The order matching value of VN-Index in this session reached VND 6,652 billion. The trading range was 14.1 points. The market recorded 121 gainers and 171 losers.
• Ending the trading session today, VN-Index dropped 8.32 points, closing at 1,188.29 points. In addition, the HNX-Index rose 0.22 points to 135.62 points.
• Foreign investors today were net sellers of VND 339.56 billion on HOSE, focused on VNM (VND 92.0 billion), VIC (VND 78.4 billion) and GAS (VND 45.5 billion). In addition, they sold a net of VND 30.51 billion on the HNX.
 

Market Outlook
The market was corrected after yesterday's strong gain. Notably, Securities stocks boomed today with many gainers: SSI, VND, CTS. Banking stocks also had positive trading sessions with EIB, MBB, VCB. However, selling pressure increased in many stocks, causing the index to fall. VN-Index decreased due to pressure from the major stocks such as VNM, GAS, VIC. In addition, the Petroleum continued to be corrected strongly. BSC believed that the risk is rising as the selling pressure on the key stocks may cause the market shaken. Investors should observe the market closely and notice that the stocks are attracting cash flow in recent trading days.
