• By the ending of the session, VN-Index increased 0.63 points, closing at 960.23 points. However, HNX-Index decreased 0.64 points to 105.6 points.
• Foreign investors today net sold 388.21 billion on HOSE, focusing on VIC (258.76 billion), VNM (73.95 billion) and GTN (70.94 billion). However, they net bought 25.77 billion on HNX.


Market outlook
Stock market shook sharply in the morning session. The index fell to 955.42, the lowest level in the trading session today before before heading to recover near the end of morning session. The morning session ended with the index rising 2.15 points due to the strong support from VN30 stocks, especially stocks of banking and oil. VN30 continued to support the market at the beginning of the afternoon session and caused the index to rise slightly to 962.99, the highest level in the trading session today. However, the index continued to shake vigorously in the afternoon session as the support of VN30 weakened. The index rose slightly by 0.63 points in today trading session due to the strong buying force at the end of the session as well as supports from GAS, MSN and VCB, liquidity decreased slightly compared to the trading session last week. The volatility in today's session due to concerns about factors on the scale of China's trade war as well as foreign investors continue in the trend of net selling, especially VIC and VNM. From the efforts to pull the market from the buyers with strong buying force, BSC forecasts that the next session will be a slight increase session, investors should monitor the macroeconomic situation from Vietnam and overseas to consider open trading position in tomorrow session.
