• The trading value of VN-Index in today session reached 3699.9 billion. The trading range was 7.82 points. The market recorded 154 gainers and 129 decliners.
• By the ending of the session, VN-Index increased 1.95 points, closing at 987.01 points. HNX-Index aslo increase 0.22 points to 111.65 points.
• Foreign investors today net bought 174.99 billion on HOSE, focusing on GEX (49.76 billion), VCB (35.98 billion) and VNM (30.37 billion). They net bought 14.02 billion on HNX.

Market outlook
VN-Index increased sharply in the morning with strong support from GAS, VIC and VNM. In the afternoon session, profit-taking increased sharply from the middle of the session, making the index only gain a slight increase compared to yesterday session, especially in the profit-taking in stocks that had strong increase in previous sessions such as group CTG, BID, VCB as well as HPG, VIC and VNM. Petroleum group supported the market today with the breakout of GAS, PVD, PVS, PVB. Foreign investors continue to strongly support the market today when they net bought more than 97 billion in the morning session and raised their net buying to 174 billion in the afternoon session. From the view of BSC, the market is in a state of accumulation momentum after yesterday's breakout.
