• Ending the trading session today, VN-Index dropped 12.27 points, closing at 996.12 points. At the same time, the HNX-Index decreased 0.29 points to 114.38 points.
• Foreign investors today net sold 127.21 billion on HOSE, focusing on VIC (92.16 billion), MSN (89.12 billion) và VJC (37.53 billion). At the same time, they net sold VND 5.63 billion on the HNX.

Market outlook
VN-Index fluctuated then decreased slightly in the morning session, Banking stocks such as BID, VCB, MBB, CTG, and STB strongly attracted cash flow, Bluechips such as MWG, PNJ and SSI also supported market. In the afternoon session, the Index decreased significantly due to the selling force focused on Petroleum stocks such as GAS, PLX, PVD, PVS and Real Estate stocks such as VIC, VRE and NVL. Foreigners were net sellers in VIC and MSN. In BSC's view, the market continued at the correction pharse as local investors continued to be influenced by market sentiment in the region with the Chinese stock market's sharp fall today. The market trend is likely to continue in the range of 992 - 996 points with a slight decrease in liquidity in the coming sessions before recovering to 1000 points. Investors should monitor on local and global macroeconomic news and limit transactions.
