• At the end of today's trading session, VN-Index decreased by 1.45 points, closing at 950.89 points At the same time, the HNX-Index decreased 0.01 to 106.11 points.
• Foreign investors today bought a net of VND 142.46 billion on HOSE, focusing on HPG (VND 106.21 billion), PVD (VND 26.1 billion) and VNM (VND 21.16 billion). In addition, they also bought a net of VND 10.03 billion on HNX.

Market outlook 
VN-Index dropped slightly in the morning because the selling focused on blue-chips like VIC, VHM, and VCB. In the afternoon session, the index continued to fall slightly because of the large selling force continued to increase in this group of stocks. Foreign investors were net buyers and liquidity declined slightly compared to the previous session. From BSC's point of view, market sentiment is still quite positive, today session is a slight correction due to profit-taking factors for a rising week of VN-Index, in addition to information on the announcement of Trump's national emergency for the mobilization of money to build border walls, partly to investors' confusion.
