Market outlook
In the morning session, VN-Index fluctuated and decreased slightly with the selling force focusing on blue-chips such as VHM, GAS, VNM, VIC, MSN and banking group such as BID, TCB, VCB. In the afternoon session, the decline in the morning was narrowed and closed at 948.21 because the downward momentum in VHM was narrowed, VIC returned to the reference level and MSN turned to gain. Foreign investors were net sellers today. From BSC's point of view, the market had a slight correction and liquidity remained low. Local and regional market sentiment continues to wait for new signals from the China-US and Mexico-US trade negotiations this week.
