• The matching value of VN-Index today reached VND 2,543.7 billion, an increase of 3.87% from yesterday session. Today's trading range is 4.76 points. The market has 139 gainers and 148 losers.
• At the end of today's trading session, VN-Index decreased 1.59 points to close at 960.39 points. At the same time, HNX-Index increased 0.21 points to 103.67 points.
• Foreign investors today sold a net of VND 9.86 billion on HOSE, focusing on HPG (61.73 billion), VHM (24.06 billion) and VCB (18.00 billion). In addition, they bought a net of VND 5.36 billion on HNX

Market outlook
In the morning, the VN-Index decreased due to the selling force focused on bluechips such as VIC, VCB, NVL, GAS, MSN. In the afternoon session, the index rebounded slightly during the mid-session thanks to support force from stocks such as VNM and VHM. However, strong selling force was maintained and the index reached the reference point at the end of today session. In BSC's view, the domestic market had another correction session following the trend of Asian stock markets as excitement over trade war truce between US and China was replaced with worries about US tax policies. Recently, the US has decided to place further tariffs on EU goods as well as steel and steel products exports from Vietnam originally from South Korea and Taiwan. As liquidity has recovered slightly in this session, the market remained careful and and the cash flow has yet to return. Investors should monitor closely and invest in basic stocks with good basis.
