Market outlook
Stock market: The market experienced a slight uptrend today. Just opening the session, selling pressure caused VN-Index to drop; buyers and sellers struggled throughout the morning session. However, in the afternoon session, buying force overcame selling force, VN-Index went up and closed up more than 8 points compared to that of yesterday. Market breadth tilted to the positive with gainers twice as many losers. Of the 16 out of 19 sectors that gained today, the Electricity, water & petroleum industry ranked first with the strongest increase of more than 3.5%. Regarding the transactions of foreign investors, today they were net buyers on both HSX and HNX. The market trend may still maintain a positive movement when the investment cash flow is still supporting the market's uptrend.
Future contracts: All futures contracts have a slight increase in line with the underlying index. Investors should trade cautiously with short-term futures contracts.
Covered warrants: In the trading session on November 5, 2021, warrants increased positively following the growth of the underlying securities. Transaction value increased slighlty.
