Stock market: Falling at the opening of the morning session like in the previous days; however, today VN-Index strongly turned around and went up despite a lot of profit-taking pressure. At the end of the session, the index gained more than 30 points compared to yesterday, back to closing around the resistance zone of 1340. Real estate and construction stocks gained strongly, along with Banking and Securities. Market breadth tilted to the positive side with 18 out of 19 sectors gaining. Regarding the transactions of foreign investors, today they net bought more than 1000 billion on the HSX. Currently, although the VN-Index has gained strongly, the market is trading in a wide range; therefore, investors should trade carefully in the coming sessions. The index might accumulate around 1340 before being able to rise back to resistance level of 1370.

Future contracts: Futures contracts increased in line with the movement of the VN30 index. Investors can buy with short-term futures contracts.

 

Covered warrants: In the trading session on April 26, 2022, warrants increased according to the movement of the underlying stock.

 

 

• VN-Index +30.42 points, closing at 1341.34 points. HNX-Index +7.66 points, closing at 345.17 points.

• Pulling the index up: VPB (+2.50), GAS (+2.21), VHM (+2.20), SAB (+1.78), VIC (+1.73).

• Pulling the index down: VCB (-1.49), VJC (-0.26), BHN (-0.16), CTR (-0.15), HDG (-0.13).

• The matched value of VN-Index reached VND 19.202 billion, down -1.91% compared to the previous session. The total transaction value reached VND 21.004 billion.

• The trading range is 79.94 points. The market had 338 advancers, 42 reference stocks and 105 losers.

• Foreign investors' net buying value: VND 1039.91 billion on HOSE, including VNM (VND 92.92 billion), DGC (VND 74.37 billion), DPM (VND 65.26 billion). Foreign investors were net sellers on HNX with the value of VND -22.73 billion.
