Market outlook

Stock market: In the morning session, VN-Index remained in green with a positive gain until the end of the morning season. However, at the last 15 minutes of afternoon session, the market quickly reversed and only increased by 2 points. These factors affected investor's trading sentiment and caused market breadth to turn negative with only 8 out of 19 sectors gaining. Foreign investors were net sellers on the HNX while they were net buyers on the HSX. With liquidity remaining at the recent average level, this sudden information may cause VN-Index to continue moving in the range of 1250-1300 points.

Future contracts: The futures contracts mostly fell in line with the movement of the VN30 index. The current volatility of VN30 is suitable for investors to implement a short-term trading strategy during the session.

Covered warrants: In the trading session on June 6, 2022, warrants decreased according to the movement of the underlying stock.
