BSC Brief | 24.02: Liquidity was robust in today’s advancing session

MARKET OUTLOOK
The market extended its rally to five consecutive gaining sessions, closing at 1,867.62; increases more than 7 points from the previous session. Market breadth remained positive, with 15 out of 18 sectors advancing. Oil & Gas led the gains, followed by Chemicals and Insurance. Regarding foreign flows, foreign investors were net buyers on the HSX, while recording net selling on the other two exchanges. The short-term recovery trend remains intact, with the index heading toward the resistance zone of 1,890–1,900. However, the current upswing is relatively steep and requires broader market confirmation. Investors should maintain a cautious stance in their trading decisions.
