BSC Brief | 25.02: Vin-related stocks capped the upside of the VN-Index.

MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index traded sideways within the 1,855–1,876 range throughout the session before closing at 1,860.91. Market breadth was relatively balanced, with 10 out of 18 sectors advancing. The Chemicals sector led the gains, followed by Basic Resources. Regarding foreign flows, foreign investors were net sellers on the HSX and HNX, while posting net buying on UPCoM. Overall market sentiment remained positive; however, Vin-related stocks capped the upside of the VN-Index. In the coming sessions, the index may continue advancing toward the 1,880–1,900 range.

• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -1062.81 billion on HOSE, including FPT (VND -2334.92 billion), VCB (VND -140.88 billion), DGW (VND -103.64 billion), VIC (VND -77.61 billion), TPB (VND -76.07 billion). Foreign investors were net sellers on HNX with the value of VND -52.83 billion.
