MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index fluctuated within the 1,863–1,900 range before closing at 1,880.33, virtually unchanged from the previous session. Market breadth tilted slightly negative, with 9 out of 18 sectors declining. Insurance recorded the sharpest drop, followed by Media. On the upside, Oil & Gas, Information Technology, and Industrials gained more than 2%. Regarding foreign flows, foreign investors were net buyers on the HSX and HNX, while posting net selling on UPCoM. The market is experiencing heightened volatility ahead of the psychological 1,900 level; investors should trade cautiously.
