MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index continued its decline, falling more than 40 points to close at 1,767.84. Market breadth remained negative, with 15 out of 18 sectors declining, led by Financial Services and Utilities. On the upside, the Oil & Gas sector posted a positive trading session. Overall market sentiment remained weak, and in the coming sessions the VN-Index may retreat toward the 1,750 level, corresponding to the 0.618 Fibonacci retracement.

The futures contracts tended to decline in line with the movement of the VN30.

• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -1309.75 billion on HOSE, including FPT (VND -578.15 billion), SSI (VND -186.76 billion), VIC (VND -171.24 billion), VHM (VND -122.16 billion), VPB (VND -90.09 billion). Foreign investors were net sellers on HNX with the value of VND -82.08 billion.
